My nails for Chinese New Year

Everybody is so excited for Chinese New Year... Everyone is busy decorating houses, preparing foods n beverages to welcome relatives n guests during CNY... buy new cloths n shoes... cut new hair style... everything is new... and for me... of coz preparing for new look of my nails... few days before CNY, I went to purchase some new tools n items... and I stay at home... to get idea for the new look of my nails... then... after a while... I succesfully created the NEW YEAR NAILS~~~

Yesterday was very stress and fed up at work, the only thing I can think of is to do nail art, so I went back home quite early to figure out some new designs of nails. Here are the samples that I created last nite...

The first impression to pink is sweet. That's the reason I like pink so much. This pink design is suitable for office lady where its simple yet distinctive.

Black n red is always a good combination.

This design will show your elegance by matching with evening gown. It's best for prom night or party.

Pink always is my favourite colour... It makes me feel fresh and calm... Thus, I decided to paint my nails in pink to welcome for year 2008. Hope that everything will get better in year 2008.

Sticker nail art

Nail art can be as easy as ABC... Now, anybody can produce spectacular instant Nail Art results by just simply peeling off the nail art stickers from the background and apply to the nail... Gel Nail Extension

Currently, UV Gel Extension is very popular in the market. Layers of soft gel are brushed onto ur natural nail and tip which bond under the uv light to form a very hard casing, ensuring hand wearing, long lasting, beautiful, and natural looking nails. There are no chemicals involved in the hardening process and its odorless application.

Gel is a preferable choice for those who wish to keep the enhancements for long periods of time. Gel nails are therefore ideal for clients wishing to protect their own nails whilst growing them. It can last for 2 to 3 weeks and after that, maintenance is necessary to "infill" the gap when natural nails grow.

Acrylic nail extension

Acrylic is a method of nail extension. Using a sable brush, a mixture of powder and liquid is applied to the natural nail. Acrylic nails are strong and durable and if you carefully take care of it, it can be worn for 2 -3 weeks before maintenance (infills) is necessary. Acrylics have the advantage of being very strong and hard-wearing. Acrylic is the perfect method for reconstructing problem, misshapen or badly bitten nails. After acrylic extension is done, apply a coat of the nail colour as you wish and draw art on your nails to make it more attractive.

Practicing nail art...

Since tat day... I'm very semangat, so I start to find information and learn from internet... magazines... books... I look at the samples n draw by just copying the sample.

Although many times, it doesnt turn out to be exactly the same, but I didnt let go. I still keep on practicing... Within 2 weeks, after many many tries, after many failures, here r some samples that I find it's acceptable although is not very perfect...

After many times of practice, I have my 1st complete set of nail art done on all my finger nails n toe nails...

Im very happy n I cant believe tat I can do tat... bcos im not talented in drawing... but infact... I did it. Im so happy... hehehe... Therefore, I still keep on practicing everyday...

After many practices again, here r some samples that it might looks better n nicer as compare to before...
